Historic lofts are surprisingly abundant in downtown Marietta. However, converting these hidden gems into luxury living spaces presents many unique challenges. Promanco endeavors to renovate these buildings into chic and stylish apartments, while also preserving their historic charm.
This video (part 2/2) showcases one apartment's incredible transformation.
Over the course of this renovation, I completed a two-part video series featuring "before & after" walk-through videos with project manager, Erik Palmer. These videos demonstrate Promanco's unmatched expertise in historical renovation services.
